Mountain Lakes Estates

Mountain Lakes Estates was developed mostly in the early 1990’s and encompasses 259 Acres. There are 47 parcels that vary in size from approximately 3 to 6 Acres each. The balance of the land is Common Area, which is used for recreational purposes, and green belt. The crowning glory of Mountain Lakes Estates is Beaver Park, which includes about 20 acres of land with 2 lakes, a lakeside patio with fire pit, picnic tables and BBQ area. Residents enjoy this area for community events throughout the year. Over the years the homeowners have created a network of trails that meander through the common grounds and down to fabulous Deer Creek.
